Congratulations to Adam for becoming Australian MasterChef 2010!
In what wasn't much of a nail biter, Adam took out the title by 7 points.
Over 3 rounds the two men guessed, Julienned and cooked their way through the tough challenges, including the invention test where they cooked one ingredient 3 ways, and duplicating the almost impossible desert by famed Quay Executive Chef, Peter Gilmore.
Calum didn't walk away empty handed though, he picked up a cool $10,000 to help with his expenses when he is in Melbourne doing work experience in George's restaurants, including his award winning The Press Club.
Of winning $100K, a book deal and work experience with some of Australia's most renowned chefs, Adam said tearfully:
"I just can’t believe it!
“I’m sure I’ve fallen down some stairs and I’ll wake up in a hospital bed and it’s all a dream. It’s extraordinary. I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy!
“Today I did everything I wanted to do and I’m just so happy.”
