Rawk n' roll is back peeps and in a big way with hot new Melbourne born sensation Michael Paynter leading the charge.

Signed to SonyBMG record the 22-year-old with serious rockstar hair is already cranking it on our airwaves with his debut tune 'Closer' which he reckons is a "soaring, hook-filled track about striving for better". What we know is that this is a cracker of a track and that Michael Paynter is destined for big things.

  Freakin' love this guy. One of the best young singers going around and his songs are sensational. A must see live act. If he doesn't make it big I'll start to doubt my own existence. Seriously. PS Closer's a ripper.

  Musical mush like a lot of other record company pushed products. Seems we are only to like what record companies want us to hear. Lots of of better stuff out there than this crap.
