Britney Spears recently broke up with her talent-agent boyfriend, Jason Trawick, and now she still has to work with him….awkward!

"They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along," a friend said. Can Britney and Jason put their personal feelings behind and continue a professional relationship? We highly doubt it, but they’re going to give it a try anyway.

Is Britney now suffering the consequences of breaking the ‘don’t date people you work with’ rule? Or is it ok to date people from work even if it goes wrong?
