Paris, Nicole and Katie. There's a long line of Hollywood starlets who seem to change their looks at the drop of a hat. And the reason? Boyfriends!

It's all a bit of fun when we see Paris change from princess pink dresses to rocker style get - up but losing weight? That's another story.
 
There's a dangerous epidemic sweeping Hollywood - celebs are starving for love.
 
Paris has become alarmingly thin in her quest to be the perfect bride for Benji, embarking on a dangerous diet of mineral water and Red Bull.  The socialite shocked onlookers  recently as she showed off her tiny arms and protuding bones at London nightclub Crystal.
 
She seems to have fallen prey to the curse that causes all of the Madden brothers' women to become stick thin and boney. Think Sophie Monk, Hilary Duff and even Nicole Richie.
 
The former 'fat' Simple Life star first slimmed down in 2004 and hooked up with Joel at her skinniest in early 2007. Already battling an eating disorder, Nicole's weight continued to plummet as she struggled to be Joel's rebound girlfriend. Nicole's pregnancy was her chance to return to a healthy weight, but once again, she's close to returning to her pre-baby weight.   
 

"While everyone was worried about her post-baby weight loss, Joel was bragging that she was the most beautiful woman in the world" Says an insider .
 
It isn't just the Simple Life stars who are feeling the pressure to be thin.
 
Katie Holmes has transformed from girl next door to Victoria Beckham clone, even following Posh' obsession with staying thin. Designer clothes, big sunnies and a gaunt face, it's all part of Katie's new look. The actress is happy to dress in matching his n' hers outfits too, recently debuting a pageboy cut making her look even more like Tom Cruise!
 
Seems like Hollywood's hottest starlets aren't changing to please themselves. They're changing to please their men.  Sad....

  Poor Nicole... she's a wreck after having that baby. I saw her at the MTV awrds on tv and she looked super skinny then.

  I once went out with a guy and got really body concious and starting throwing up. Totally horrible and really dagerous. Just be happy with yourself and your man will be happy too!

  They're so skinny that they actually look ugly! Every guy I speak to says so too. And HELLO whats with these Madden brothers? Tell me honestly if they weren't famous and you ran into them down the street.... would you really look twice at them?
