Update:

The arrest warrant affidavit released today detailing what Brooke told police after the incident includes:

- Brooke told Sheen she wanted a divorce and would take their children away.

- Sheen became enraged pinned her on the bed and grabbed the upper part of her throat.

- Brooke Claims that Sheen then said "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you."

Naughty boy Charlie Sheen is at it again! While you were unwrapping your Christmas presents he was being arrested!

The cops were called to his Aspen home after his wife reported an act of domestic violence. Brooke claims that the Two and A Half Men star pulled a knife on her.

In a conflicting report TMZ says that Brooke was drunk and Charlie was merely trying to fend her off.

A restraining order has been taken out against Charlie, and the couple, who have two young sons, are said to be seeking marriage counselling.

Prosecutors in Colorado have till February to decide whether to bring formal charges against him or not.
