Mariah Carey’s dreams came true 5 ½ months ago when she gave birth to twins Monroe and Moroccan, but it left the singer with over 30kg to lose.
Mariah has debuted her post baby body this week and revealed how she lost a total of 32kg! She signed up for Jenny Craig and shed 18kg of water weight in the first week. "It was just water, initially. When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 lbs. of weight that needed to be lost."
Being busy with her babies Mariah said her biggest problem was remembering to eat which isn’t good because, "you slow down your metabolism," she told Rosie O’Donnell. She found low calorie snacks were her best tip for weight loss, "being able to just grab something. I like the soups a lot. It's 50 calories. I gotta say I like the snacks too."
Mariah says she’ll keep off her weight by not stressing over the scales, "I would tend to go, 'Does this size dress fit me that I wore three years ago? I'm good, let's go.' I would go by what it looked like, how I felt."
