Lady Gaga Falls Asleep On Stage! Posted by Haylie 15 March, 2010 - 9:59 AM

We never thought we’d ever have to compare Lady Gaga with Britney Spears but after watching this clip of Gaga’s concert in New Zealand over the weekend, we’re having flashbacks to Britney’s infamous MTV performance in 2007.

Lady Gaga has been touring the world with her Monster Ball Tour and it looks like life on the road is finally taking its toll. She struggled to stay awake through her final performance of ‘Bad Romance’. Gaga look disorientated, struggled to sing and even had to have a lie down half way through the song.

Let’s hope Lady Gaga manages to find time for a nap before she kicks of her Australian tour this week.

Do you think we’re going to get a Britney Spears or Whitney Houston like performance in Australia?

I don't think she fell asleep, rather that she was tired. Apparently the air conditioners failed at Vector Arena which apparently which made it very hot and that quite a few people in the audience collapsed.

There are headlines and news articles about it, quite a few actually. I've watched the full video on youtube and she does seem pretty tired and warn out during her final song after performing for 2 and a half hours in a extremely hot environment.
