It’s good to see Mischa Barton finally doing something worthwhile with her retirement time off between projects. We spotted her at a Make-A-Wish Foundation event on the Santa Monica Pier. Unfortunately Mischa seemed to spend more time hanging out with the adults on the carnival rides than hanging out with the kids.
