Russell Brand has spoken for the first time since filing for divorce from pop star wife, Katy Perry.

During a recent panel discussion about his new late-night talk show 'Strangely Uplifting', a journalist asked Brand "how he was doing". The comedian responded "I'm quite well", shutting down the reporters obvious attempt to divulge information about his impending divorce.

Russell is rumoured to have called time on his 14 month marriage over Katy's boozy lifestyle. Sources are saying Katy is keen to reconcile, however last week, Russell shipped out of their marital home and in to a Hollywood Hills bachelor pad!

The five bedroom, three bathroom abode apparently sports a huge dinner table, enormous lounge and a king size bed.

So, how do you think Russ will be spending his time in the new pad?
a. Hosting dinner parties for friends;
b. Reading books and watching movies;
c. Having sex with strangers;
d. All of the above.
