Miley Cyrus’ little sister sure knows how to attract attention on the red carpet. The nine-year-old was spotted wearing this shocking costume complete with stripper boots at a charity Halloween party. Her super short dominatrix looking outfit was completed with bright red lipstick and black eyeliner.

We have to ask ourselves – what was her dad Billy Ray Cyrus thinking letting his daughter leave the house looking like this? On the other hand 16-year-old Miley was spotted pole dancing at a recent awards show.

Is this outfit going too far? Should 9-year-olds be allowed to wear such sexy costumes?

  Maybe she's just following in Miley's footsteps? Playing a sexy teen has worked for alot of stars trying to get their 15 minutes of fame. Look how popular Britney and Christina were as teenagers 10 years ago.
