Kim Kardashian's Gunpoint Robbery Sparks Paris Manhunt - Shocking Details Emerging

An estimated $14million AUD of Jewellery Stolen

Kim Kardashian’s shock robbery has sparked a massive manhunt in France.

An estimated $14 million AUD worth of jewellery was stolen by five men disguised as police officers yesterday at her luxury Paris accommodation, just before 3am local time.

TMZ report the reality TV star and wife of Kanye West was reportedly restrained with cable ties and duct tape and locked in the bathroom while they ransacked the room. Her two children were not present.

The star’s publicist said although Kardashian West was not beaten, the men had held a gun to her head leaving her “badly shaken but physically unharmed”.

It's reported while the men spoke limited English they were saying "ring, ring, ring" whilst searching the room. It is believed to be in reference to a $6m AUD 15-carat diamond ring given to Kim by her husband. The robbers were reported to have escaped on bicycles.

A ring worth  an estimated $6 million AUD, as well as a jewelry box, worth an estimated $7 million was stolen.

After giving a statement to police about her ordeal, Kardashian West, 35, was immediately taken to a waiting private jet at the small Le Bourget airport on the outskirts and flew to be reunited with her husband and mother, Kris Jenner, in New Jersey.

Paris police have pledged to employ "all possible means to solve the case and arrest the perpetrators". The inquiry is being handled by the serious crimes unit, la brigade de répression du banditisme, and the Paris judicial police.
