It was Justin Bieber’s birthday yesterday and the newly 17 year old teen celebrated in style with girlfriend Selena Gomez at a surprise party she arranged especially for him! He wasn’t the only one surprised however; a group of overbearing paparazzi photographers got a nasty shock when Justin almost ran them down as the couple attempted to leave the venue.

You have to feel slightly sorry for the Never Say Never singer trying to enjoy his birthday in peace without a constant strobe of flashing bulbs & hustling bodies. It's no wonder he put pedal to the metal!

Chris Brown was also at the party, apparently the two of them have been working together on a new track for Chris’s upcoming album. Nice work Chris! If anything is going to improve your rep, it’s working with the ever wholesome Biebs. Let’s hope the influence doesn’t flow both ways!

  Go Justin! Those Paparazzi deserve to get run down once in a while. He was clearly trying to leave, so why not give him and Selena a little space. Seriously!

  well he has been going through a rough patch lately.. so nobody should be upset with him. the other day HE actually almost got run over by the papps. but somebody from his crew drove in front of him and saved him and sel. i love j.bieber <3

  omb i feel sorry for jb coz he neva has time away from the paparazzi those stalkers!! I LOVE JB SOO MUCCHH!! at school on his bday i full had purple everything!!! and at 12:56 i dropped everything and was like "Happy 17th Birthday Jb" hahaha cant w8 till the NSN movie on 27th March and his concert aahhh gonna b freakin awssoommeee

  this is very sad and ridiculous. it was his birthday, and on top of that, poor selena was hit in the mouth by a stupid fan. thats ridiculous. i hope theyre both okay :(

  serves the papparatzi right! they are stupid people who invade the cleebrities privacy, when they clearly state not to! justin and selena deserve as much privacy as we all get, just coz they are famous that shouldnt mean they cant hav a private life. grow up papparatzi, give clebs some space! and fans, leave selena alone! you were never gonna marry justin bieber anyway, let alone meeting him and actually TALKING to him. you all should grow up too. i <3 jb but some people are going wayy to far. im happy for him and selena and if u reeally were a belieber you would be happy for them too.
