Matt & Jo spoke with some of the cast members of this years biggest film, The Great Gatsby.

In one of our fave chats, Director Baz Lurhmann discussed what it's like to take your kids to Cannes, their delight at meeting Leo and why his family sometimes struggle living in Australia. 

The brilliant Joel Edgerton, was only too happy to tell us about the partying on set (and for the cameras) and his love of working with director Baz Lurhmann.

He also revealed what he's like to party with...yes please!

Jo Surprises Matty With Ice Cream Bread

It's ice cream & bread. Could this be more amaze?

ICE CREAM BREAD
Makes One 8 x 4 loaf

2 Cups Ice Cream, any flavor, softened - we used Matty fave, Sara-Lee French Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour

Preheat your oven to 350.
Spray and flour a 8 x 4 loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix the ice cream and flour together until just combined.
Scoop into the loaf and and smooth out.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the loaf comes out with a few crumbs stuck to it.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool (if you can wait that long)!
For best results..use full fat ice-cream!

Jo's Three Little Words...

Why does Jo find it so hard to say these three little words?

"There is great meaning to what I am about to say and I have not said it publicly.

"Three words that I have not owned for myslef.

"I...I'm gonna cry.

"I am 40."

Whilst Jo did admit she finds it 'ridiculous' that she is putting so much weight in such a thing she did reveal that she's found it confronting.

Jo explained that turning 40 came with a great amount of 'fear' surrounding her career, being passed over for future jobs and even the thought of losing the connection with her audience.

Do you agree that, as Jo says, 'at some point you'd have it sorted' but at every age you are faced with a myriad of new problems and issues, and whilst everything overrriding is great, you're just wondering when it will all be okay?

Jobe Watson Reacts To Latest Bombers Claims

The Bombers Skipper on today's allegations James Hird took a substance banned for players.

We welcomed our 2013 AFL correspondant, Jobe Watson, into the studio this morning and took no time getting his reaction to the latest allegations of substance abuse at the Essendon Footbal Club.

Sports scientist Stephen Dank has claimed he injected Bombers coach, James Hird, and it's also reported that a number of players took a form of pig's brain peptides as well as an anti-obesity drug.

The club, as well as Watson, says Hird is an honourable person and it won't rest until his name is fully cleared.

For his part, Hird sent a statement to The Age saying: "These claims are horrifying to me, and are being made by a person or people who appear determined to destroy my reputation."

"'I have at all times fully adhered to, and promoted the WADA code and the AFL rules, and the code of ethics of the Essendon Football Club."

Essendon Chairman David Evans will likely face a media conference later on Thursday.

Fox Hunt: Scott The Truckie

Do you know the woman Scott accidentially struck down on Rathdowne Street in August last year?

On August 21st 2012, Scott the truckie, accidentially ran over a woman on a bike in the middle of the city at the top of Rathdowne Street.

He was totally unaware that he had done this until he received a call from the Police to let him know what had happened. 

When Scott spoke with the Highway Patrol he was unable to obtain the womans details. She did sustain pretty bad injuries but survived and Scoot would like to find her to apologise and make sure she is doing okay.
