We've had hundreds of entries for Matt's job, and it was a tough job choosing our three finalists!
They are Young Buck Ryan, Giant Osteo Grant and Birol 'The Biz'.
We're about to pick one of them for the biggest challenge going - to entertain Melbourne for 6 shows whilst Matt is away!
So it's over to you ... what do you REALLY want to know about them?
What should we make them do?
And who should we pick?

After listening to the Matt & Jo show for sometime now, i believe the best candidate for your show would the Biz (Birol). I find that he has a great sense of humour and he does look a little like Matt haha with the short hair etc. His voice is great to listen to while on air and I think he can handle himself quite well as he seems to be really outgoing and funny most of the time.

Its clear to me that Grant deserves this chance. He is really quick and would be a terrific person for Jo to bounce off for the week. Easily the funniest out of all three and the most comfortable with the microphone. A real talent.

Long time listener first time contacter. I've been getting to know the 3 boys this week and I thinks the Big Fella is the best fit. He's sharp as a tack and by the sounds of it, will do anything for you guys.

c'mon! The Giant is the man! He is sharp and really calm on the air! As he gets even older, he will have less opportunity then the other possible matts so it's his turn! And he has a talent he has not revealed to anyone and that is that he is a rapper and writer! He has ambition and ideas and this would be the perfect vehicle for him to express his talents and creativity and share with the world his 'giant' humour!

Giant osteo has the quickest wit, unique quotes, a cool and calm demeanour and handles himself like he's been sitting in Matt's chair for years! The Twitter challenge sealed the deal for me, Giant osteo is a comedic genius.
